METHODS OF DELIVERY / RECEIPT


When completing your order you can choose the delivery method that suits you best.


A. Collection from the store:


Applies to products that are readily available. You can pick up your order during business days and hours and you will not be charged for shipping. For the best service, make sure that the products you want are immediately available with a phone call to +306945593016 during working days and hours.


B. Shipping within Corfu:


Valid for shipments within the greater Corfu island area.


Deliveries are made by arrangement usually within 1-3 working days from its completion.


Shipments within Corfu island are made with courier services at the expense of the customer.


C. Shipping outside Corfu Island:


Valid for delivery within the city limits listed in the list (capitals of counties and islands). For deliveries outside the borders of these cities, in other cities or villages it is necessary to contact us by phone.


Deliveries outside Corfu are made with courier services, the cost of which is borne by the customer.



4. SHIPPING CHARGES


For each order we try to achieve the most cost effective way for the customer to send the order by cooperating with courier companies and shipping agencies. For this reason the exact cost of shipping is determined only at the completion of the order. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS - RETURN OF PRODUCTS


Order cancellation at no cost to the customer is accepted in case the shipment has not started. Otherwise - ie if the order has already started - you will be charged the shipping costs (shipping and return). To cancel your order please contact us directly by phone at +306945593016 or via email at sales@theotoky.com during business days and hours (see "Contact").


Our products are selected with strict criteria and tested in our oenological laboratory. Despite this, there may be a few cases where a product arrives at the customer damaged. We accept returns of products that are damaged if the problem is detected by you and you inform us within 5 days upon receipt of your order and return the product to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. If the problem is found, the product is replaced. If the replacement is not possible (eg due to lack of stock) the money is refunded by credit of the customer’s card that was debited or by credit of the customer's bank account.
